1031 Tax Free Strategies has been involved in real estate
investment consulting since 1995. 1031 Tax Free Strategies is owned
by David A. Owens, CPA. Mr. Owens is a graduate of Purdue
University with a B.S. in Accounting. He spent his initial years at
Deloitte, Haskins, and Sells in Cleveland, Ohio. He has over 17
years in public accounting, specializing in real estate and
retirement taxation. He is a current member in good standing with
the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. The staff at 1031 Tax
Free Strategies is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable group of
professionals ready to help you navigate the waters of real estate
investing.
