Buyer understands that this transaction is one part of a
tax-deferred exchange as recognized under IRS Code Section 1031 and
Buyer agrees to cooperate with Seller regarding this Exchange.
There will be no additional cost to Buyer and no delay to
closing.
For the Purchase of the Replacement Property -
Buyer intends to do a Tax Deferred Exchange as recognized under IRS
Code Section 1031. Seller agrees to cooperate with the Buyer
regarding this Exchange. There will be no additional cost to Seller
and no delay to closing.
